Who owns the code?
You do. Every package includes full IP transfer of the code and design files.
How do payments work?
Three milestones: 30% to start, 40% at the mid-project demo, 30% at launch.
What if I need to change the scope?
Your fixed price covers the feature list we agree in week one. Swapping a feature for one of similar size is free until we start building it. New features get a fixed quote before any work starts, and you decide whether to add them now or in a later phase. Copy, color and small layout tweaks are always included.
Will you sign an NDA? How do you handle our data?
Yes. If you need one, we sign your NDA before the first call. We use business API plans whose terms exclude training on your data, and we ask only for the access a project needs.
What about time zones?
We work from Hanoi (GMT+7): Singapore all day, Australia most of the day, mornings with Europe, US calls in our evening.
What happens after launch?
Every package includes a 3-month warranty: we fix bugs in what we built at no cost. After that we hand over documented code with CI in place, and new features can be planned as a custom phase.
